Very welcoming host: besides of other helped to find parking near the hotel. Everything in near.
Dirty floor on balcony (but the room exceptionally clean). And poor sound isolation: every word of guests on the stair will be heared.

The location is great! It really is close to everything and it is the greatest thing going for this place. The balcony was nice.
The room we stayed at was tiny and really tight for two people. The shower is also very tiny and it is falling apart. This compromised the overall confort of the place.
