Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's breathtaking location, describing it as unique, panoramic, and ideal for mountain views and hiking. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Many guests highlighted the authentic mountain ambiance and historical charm of the property. The restaurant and food quality were frequently mentioned as exceptional. However, a few guests expressed disappointment with cleanliness and felt the hotel did not always match its premium price in terms of amenities or room conditions.
