Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location in Chamonix and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many appreciated the charming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast. However, several reviews highlighted issues such as lack of air conditioning, small room sizes, noise from the street or river, and some maintenance problems with amenities like elevators and bathrooms. Cleanliness was generally viewed positively, but a few guests noted areas for improvement. Overall, the positives of location and service stood out, though comfort and amenities sometimes fell short of 5-star expectations.
