Pros: This recently renovated hotel and their staff does their best to make your holiday unforgettable. Rooms- very clean, modern decoration with balcony (sea or land view). There is even a Nespresso coffee machine inside the room (For me a big plus as a coffee lover). Beach and Pool- Blue flag beach with white sand. There is a beach area and a pier for you to use. The pool is decent sized with a bar where you can get you drink and enjoy the sun. Restaurant-Very delicious food on the buffet prepared by the chefs. SPA-professional masseuses giving perfect service on a very clean and relaxing environment. Overall I only had 3 days to stay at this amazing place. Previously I had very bad experiences in Alaçatı hotels but D+ Seya Beach changed it all. I will definitely come back next year. Thank you D+ SEYA BEACH

Cons: The hotel is recently renovated, therefore the staff is new and unorganized. All personnel including bellboys ,reception, waiters and most of the managers are far away from hospitality. Most of the service personal were inappropriate and unprofessional. The service was horrible. We had issues of double charges several times. I would never stay here again. Its not worth the money.

Pros: I was upgraded to the higher level for the breakfast - that was the greatest gift! I would like to personally thank the guy that welcomed me at the hotel (Mr. Sabahattin). he shown great customer service attention during the whole stay! He also checked if the room was the way I was expecting and helped me greatly with the transfer back to the airport. for me this is what I call customer care and attention!

Cons: two things,1st,i have bought a stay for 6 days,also bought brekfast and dinner,tried dinner only one night,nowhere near a 5 star buffet,i did not eat dinner at the hotel for the rest of the vacation,and because dinner was not good i did not even bother to try breakfast at the hotel. 2nd,hotel is old,rooms are very poorly restorated,somebody has done a very bad job,seriously,needs new interior asap.

Cons: Overall the hotel would require a big refreshment. also many bars and parts of the hotel are not used any more and they stand there as a memory of a glorious past. I was expecting more from the Sheraton Brand, this hotel does not match the equity of the brand in terms of modern look of the room, smell and overall facilities. The cleaning of the room was done always in hurry. They never cleaned the chairs of the balcony where birds left their things behind …

Cons: We have been served chips at the beach in a small bowl, which at the end revealed itself as an unwashed ashtray. So chips served in ashtray. Then the personnel didn’t react correctly. They almost disappeared for the next hour until we went to find the beach bar manager. (He was ok and reacted better) At the checkout the guest relations manager also didn’t react very correctly. Breakfast and dinner 30% of cups/plates are dirty. Hotel had its best years behind. Shower drain was also very clogged. For that price you can get muuuuch better service in Turkey. I‘d not recommend unless you don’t have any other way to enjoy a good beach...

Cons: We were misled with inaccurate information when booking on booking.com. The place (entire beach area) was being refurbished. This continued at the Hotel. On arrival we received an information sheet giving us the details of the All inclusive (AI) package from 1 APR 18 - 30 OCT 18. It was incorrect. The pool bar and beach bar were closed.... They should have been open according to the info sheet. Even if closed for some reason, this could have been verbally briefed at booking in. It was a 10min walk to the beach from the nearest bar. Also the snack bar was closed for refurbishment, therefore the only place to get food on the AI package was the main restaurant at normal meal times! Not impressed!

I booked for 10 days but i left the hotel after 3 days. I asked my money back but they didn’t give it.

Cons: The hot water supply to the master bedroom bathroom wasn't adequate - but we were able to use to the other bathrooms without a problem. The breakfast waiting staff were somewhat over keen in clearing plates/cups away - if you left the table to get something, you can come back to find everything you had planned to return to, already taken away!
