Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning welcome drinks and attentive service. Breakfast was frequently described as very good or excellent, with a varied selection appreciated by many. However, several guests were disappointed by the small room sizes, particularly in lower room categories, and noted that some rooms and furnishings were dated or in need of renovation. The lack of air conditioning was a common complaint, especially during warm weather, and some found the amenities not up to the advertised standard. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and service left a positive impression on many visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
