10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best and incredibly beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Quiet, comfortable, with a fantastic garden. 1 min from city center and train station.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, friendly welcome. Very pretty traditional guest house. Excellent position. Welcoming port wine served on lovely terrace in evening. If you want traditional values in lovely surroundings this is the one for you - go and visit...
Cons: Shower water was too hot but once it was mentioned to staff it was corrected immediately.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow. This was a lovely find, close to the centre of Cascais but very peaceful. I had a warm welcome from Sophia and the staff and nothing was too much trouble. Exceeded my expectations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and wonderful staff. Didn’t even have to ask for an early breakfast box, they offered it right away. Very accommodating.
Hotel Cascais Miragem - Cascais - Building
2
9.4 Excellent (2,456 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Best moments are never forgotten. Think of a special place for a special moment. Hotel Cascais Miragem is that place. In a luxurious ambience, with breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean, it is the perfect place for either business or pleasure.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We felt taken care of from the moment we checked in. The staff was very kind. Room service was attentive. Excellent breakfast selection and service as well. The hotel has a gorgeous outdoor pool but the indoor water spa is very cool for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Cons: The location isn’t great if you want to go to the beach due to the train tracks blocking you from getting there. You need to walk a ways towards or away from town to reach a crossing. That being said it’s an easy walk from downtown and far enough that it’s away from the crowds. You can easily walk into town for dinner or drinks. The pools at this place are nice enough that you won’t miss the beach anyways.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A stunning hotel, in an excellent location with spectacular views of the sea and marina. The hotel oozes glamour and sophistication. The rooms are extremely large and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to assist me in making this last minute group booking. Everyone was extremely impressed with the accommodation and facilities.
Cons: A very minor detail but it would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room. However it only took a couple of minutes for this to be delivered upon request. I managed to visit the spa for a hot stone massage but the massage itself wasn't very good and not to the standards I would have expected at such an establishment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location ..staff..cleaning..smell..service and everything..thank you for the great stay
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice view close to town

Guincho Wayra House - Cascais - Building

9.6 Excellent (80 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful location, stylish interior and warm, friendly atmosphere. Our caring hostess and staff attended to every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed meeting other guests from a range of countries.
Cons: All fine....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hostel is picture perfect. The vibe is awesome, everyone staying here was so friendly and sociable so it would be a great place for single travellers to make friends. Laura, the owner, is incredibly friendly and generous, and really wants you to have an awesome stay. The volunteers were also super helpful and nice. Thank you for an awesome stay - hopefully nos vemos pronto! ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked all the facilities, the place is amazing the vibe is very good ...
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is that you can't cook before 1pm, so if you're used to making breakfast eggs while you're staying you'll have to choose other things to eat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: *great location, next to the forrest, walking distance to the Guincho beach *great range of activities offered by the hostel *good facilities, you can easily rinse & dry your wetstuit
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great; yoghurt, fruit, cereals, milk, bread, butter, jam, etc. No meat or cheese, but you can get all these things from local markets that are close-by (one across the street, another at about 15min by foot). I loved the staff. Laura and Valentina are a great time; very welcoming, warm, and fun to be around. They were also helpful in driving me around to activities, booking the taxi to the airport, and other short trips I needed to make. The activities there are also a great bonus. I only tried surfing, but there is yoga (studio in the house!), rock climbing, wind surfing, etc. Definitely something to do every day and for every taste. The beach is not next to the house (about 20 minutes walk), but I enjoyed this. It's a nice walk through the woods, and a nice meditation on your way to the beach. The view from the balcony is also a big plus; you get to enjoy the mountain and the beach at the same time. Great job, girls. Would definitely return.
Cons: The shower downstairs has a bit of a delay for hot water but it was not a big problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house is perfectly situated for running in Sintra, reaching Lisbon and water for Kite, Wind surfing or just Surfing. The entire place is spotless. Laura and Valentina my hosts during the stay where super helpful. The place is really relaxed, tried Yoga for the first time. Wow that stuff is hard, but I like that its good. They also can arrange rock climbing and many other things. Nice breakfast too. Many thanks xx
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place, people and vibes. Laura and her staff made every moment perfect. This place is magical and full with positive vibes. My stay is more over my expectations, a wonderful travel, a nice experience mainly because of the people at the Guesthouse. I am very thankful for Laura for everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was really nice and relaxed, its good if you want to be in the nature or so kitesurfing and surfing. Nice atmosphere.
Cons: It's not central if you want to go to lisbon and Cascais. It's good to have a car or go by Uber.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super nice staff really focused on your needs. Perfect place for visitors that are searching for good vibes
Cons: My stay there was too short!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is situated in the middle of the town with enter from the most beautiful walking alleys. The rooms are like in fotos, very nice. Breakfast was not very diversified but maybe the impression is subjective because I came from a 5 stars hotel. Sonya was very nice receptionist. I will be back with pleasure there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing! Warm and friendly. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Loved the location—in the middle of the town—but not loud. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, and eating on the wonderful terrace overlooking the harbor was a delight for us landlocked Tennesseans! Location was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: Elevator was small and occasionally recalcitrant … but a minor complaint.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and option to use the other hotels facilities.
Cons: There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room and the lighting not good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: view from the window , location and breakfast
Cons: Broken Mirror pre our visit because of ill thought positioning bu only minor
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything about our stay. We are already thinking about booking in April.
Cons: We would loved to have had a room to the front of the building
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Hotel nice and small and in the middle of everything. We only had one night here but could have easily stayed longer. Just a nice little get away we had the sea view room on the 3rd floor beautiful. if you want just a long weekend get away this is the place to stay close to Lisbon if you want to go in for a day. The area has lots of restaurants beaches. If we ever get back to Portugal will definitely take the time to spend a couple of days here.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful property, amazing breakfast, polite and forthcoming staff. And a nice pool in the sister-hotel nearby. Highly recommendable
Cons: nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely superb property. Fantastic location and great facilities. Restaurant was a huge bonus which we used on different days for all meal types (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Could not fault at all and had the perfect balance of being busy but feeling perfectly relaxed. We travelled with our 3month old and staff could not have been more helpful. With everything from arranging cot beds to helping sterilise bottles
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location in Cascais surrounded by restaurants and bars with lovely views over the harbour. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It is expensive to stay and probably not up to 5 stars. Tea and Coffee facilities are not in your room they are in the hallway - Tea bags only. Taxis booked via reception are by private limo and very expensive.
6.7 Good
Pros: Quaint, clean/elegant and great location
7.0 Good
Pros: We thought we had booked the Hotel Albatroz so the Villa and its location was a big disappointment. However the staff made us most welcome. The bed was most uncomfortable and the room not quite what we expected. However we did enjoy our stay.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing special, maybe the location and the breakfast. People in receptio were nice.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Central location by the seaside.Villa Albatroz is the sister hotel of Hotel Albatroz and therefor allows access to the pool of Hotel Albatroz where one can relax when the beaches are too crowded and/or too hot. There one can have lunch as well, with a fantastic view to the sea and beaches.
Cons: Villa Albatroz is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but I expect a few of those stars are "inherited" from Hotel Alabtroz. It has a good location but unless you get a discount it's not good value for money. Our room was a Standard Double with Sea View, but you had to stretch your neck to see the sea. Most rooms do not have a balcony. Breakfast was a bit dull as well.
6.0 Good
Pros: Service was very good. Location was excellent.
Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: High degree of servises.
Cons: No.
5.6 Okay
Pros: Good staff and location
Cons: Standard of decoration was fair, given the 5 star rating this was poor.
5.2 Okay
Pros: The view and the quality of food
Cons: The noise outside and the lack of modern facilities
7.2 Good
Pros: the ^restaurant was very good - they have an excellent chef who creates innovative cuisie with local ingredients The wines offered were excellent. The staff were friendly and helful and I felt like I was known there rather than room number one - take the room 1 as it has a small balcony and you can hear the waves from the beach - it was very comfortable.
Cons:

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great decor, great breakfast and a well stocked bar
Cons: Our door handle fell off a couple of times but that happens eh. Not a case of not liking really. The step down to the bathroom at night was a little bit of a surprise in the middle of the night but we got used to it
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice house
Cons: Not particular friendly staff. Cheap fittings (for the price). Beside table collapsed. Shower a bit tight, no shelf for soap.
6.0 Good
Pros: Well located. Nice property.
Cons: It felt a bit grubby. The breakfast room floor was covered in crumbs. Our basement room smelt a bit of damp. The area around the pool was a bit grotty. A huge tv dominated the bar making it unusable unless you were keen on endless sport
7.9 Good
Pros: Building. Garden. Location. Functional furnitures. Comfy bed. All great. Staff were particularly amazing!
Cons: Breakfast was a big disappointment. Very cheap range and limited cheese selection. And was not refilled quickly. Fake orange juice which would be better if they didn’t serve it at all. Such an amazing hotel should have a higher quality and variety for breakfast. Shower cabin needs some pro cleaning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant hotel in the beautiful historic area of Cascais. Lovely pool area, fantastic staff and just a short walk to great restaurants and bars.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff were fabulous. Location was great. Room was ok - value for money
Cons: AC was very noisy when on med/full Pool area looks fantastic on line but needs some serious TLC. Walls are thin so disturbed by baby crying and also athletes leaving very early Shower needs space/holder for shampoo etc as kept having to open door
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, walked everywhere. The breakfast was lovely - plenty of meat, cheese, fresh pastries and bread, fruit and yogurt. The room was very comfortable - we stayed in a loft room so there was a slanted roof which got a bit annoying but otherwise loved it. We were on our honeymoon so we got a free cocktail each which was a lovely touch. The staff were excellent - so helpful. The pool was fab, so nice after a long hot day.
Cons: Cheaper drinks in the bar! There was no mint or limes in the bar so some cocktails were unavailable. Lots of stairs which could be an issue for anyone with mobility problems but no issue for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The villa exuded luxury and comfort.
Cons: The stay was too short... would have to stayed longer.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, personnel friendly and house beautiful.
Cons: Pool looked slightly unclean.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Charming family run large house with pool. Really relaxing and very comfortable. Attention to detail in every aspect. The breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended.
Cons: Location not ideal, 10/15 minutes walk from centre of Cascais.
6.3 Good
Pros: Beautiful house and lovely pool. Great place if you need a break from a day sightseeing, to come back to a beautiful garden and lay on the comfy sun beds at the pool. Breakfast options are good and tasty.
Cons: We arrived at 13h00 at the property and were welcomed by a lovely lady, who informed us that our room wasn't ready yet. We expected that, so we left our bagages at the reception, were given the key to the room and continued our day. About 6 hours later we can back to find our bagages still at the reception, it would have been nice gesture if they were brought to our room, but it was probably a misunderstanding at our end. We booked the Twin room, but I do not recommend it. It's not in the main house and you have the feeling of sleeping in a garden shed. We obviously booked this room knowing this, but it was still a bit of a disappointment especially for the price we paid (€183 a night). The room was small and felt a bit damp. The floor of the bathroom needs a re-do because you can see where people walked as it is discoloured. I won't say dirty because our room was cleaned daily, but it gives this impression. Especially to see the marks where people put their feet when sitting on the toilet is not very appealing... We've had 2 occasions when we turned on the shower a foul smell came out of the shower drain. Didn't report this because I saw it was reported by another guests on the internet, and assumed nothing would change anyway. One morning around 9am we were surprised by the music played on a big speaker next to our room. I'd advise to move the speaker, as not everyone might appreciate to have a speaker next to their room. Overall we didn't have a great experience and unfortunately won't come back. We didn't feel the warmth of a guesthouse. Upon check-out we were bringing some of our bagages to the car before doing the checkout as we had quite a few bagages, where the hostess came "running after us" saying that we still needed to check-out. We got the impression she thought we were leaving without checking out... Not a great feeling to leave with.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing environment. Good service . Clean . Good breakfast and food. Hosts do everything to make live comfortable .
Cons: Sometimes it ook some time to get thins done but this is probable that we are coming from hectic working environment where things have to be done immidiately. Pool could be heated with solar energy to make it possible to swim even in colder periods. Will be appreciated by several guest during our stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice guesthouse / hotel, our room was particularly nice and the staff were very welcoming and eager to please. Breakfasts were a treat!
5.8 Okay
Pros: breakfast was good, although extra was charged for any coffee not out of coffee flask. It seems that the property wasnt quite as advertised...no free pick-ups from airport...no afternoon teas...no wine tasting or yacht trips available.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All good
Cons: The dog barking in the next door garden. Not a lot you can do about that but it reminded me of home!
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were amazing. Friendly and so helpful.
Cons: Was just a little far away from the village and beach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A real home from home. We stayed for 3 nights after travelling down from St Malo, France, to visit the Harley Davidson Rally in Cascais. So I was more than pleased when the guest house more than exceeded my expectations. They allowed us to park our motorbikes behind the security gates, which is always a bonus. We had a big comfortable room with big light bathroom. Breakfast was full of choice, and very well presented. What more could you say, everyone made our stay perfect.
Cons: Nothing

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was superb. Actually all our meals were fantastic! The staff was extremely accommodating. The peace ,quite and old charm ambiance was a lovely change from the crowds of both Cascais and Lisbon. We ate all our meals at the hotel because the food was so excellent.
Cons: Wish they had a pool, spa and gym. Sort of far away from Cascais so a shuttle bus into town would be a plus if you don't have a car.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The setting is absolutely beautiful. The staff was exceptional and the food was outstanding. We ate every meal there. The people could not have been more helpful, understanding or eager to assist us in any way.
Cons: We had a difficult time with the air conditioning that wouldn't go off at the appropriate temperature. They tried to fix it but to no avail. It would have been nice to have a pool and spa facilities. A shuttle bus to the main town of Cascais would be a nice addition. Otherwise, we really have no complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent
Cons: We liked every thing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is beautiful, right on the ocean at Guincho Beach, known as surfer's paradise, of which there were many to watch as you have a drink outside. Beautiful interior, rich old world decor; nice bedrooms, most with some kind of view dining room overlooking the ocean, staff very welcoming and helpful. Ate in the dining room for dinner, they have a 1 star rated Michelin restaurant - very different experience, and the waiters made it very enjoyable, they were not uppity or stuffy at all; unusual, creative food, great wines. Breakfast is buffet style and fresh, abundant and varied. Across the street is a great preserve area with miles of boardwalk for walking, running etc; really nice. Cabo da Roca close by, also a beautiful area.
Cons: Indoor fitness room of some type would be nice; outdoor pool would be perfect. Would only do the Michelin dinner one night, pretty expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding customer service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is amazing. Location is amazing as well, great views from the terrasses, restaurants, etc. Michelin star restaurant (though the selection of meat dishes is very limited). Property well maintained, in fact an 300 year old fortress with a beautiful indoor yard!!! Most beautiful beach just next to the hotel, swimming however was not possible due to high waves (probably a general problem of the westcoast).
Cons: Compared to other 5-star hotels, breakfast could be much improved. Limited selection of cheese/meats and eggs, pastry. Our previous hotel (Villa Cascais, only 11 rooms, highly recommendable) instead offered a large selection of cold dishes (including meatpies, etc.) for breakfast. Rooms a little dark (due to the construction of the fortress), and the lower rooms have window-bars, which might scare some guests (we had a superior room, so not to worry). Though the staff was extremely kind to our kids, I would not recommend it to families with smaller kids running around. High cliffs (dangerous) around the hotel, and in general a rather upscale environment.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastisk little gem in Cascais old quarter. Great staff
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good value. The guest house has been wonderfully decorated and the staff were on the whole friendly.
Cons: I would say the guest house is not suitable for baby’s and buggys with a lot of steps and uneven paving in the gardens. Being completely honest we would have probably booked somewhere else had we known this.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We had a nicely equipped Superior Suite near one of the pools. Stylish and nice furniture in the room. The gardens of the Villa are beautiful. Breakfast was very good! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the city centre and restaurants.
Cons: Parking is not 7 Euro but 11,20 and has to be paid in coins which is inconvenient. Unfortunately there are some high rise buildings behind the garden, which resulted in early shade on our terrace and the second pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice neighbourhood, close to town ! Nice advice ! Wonderful garden ! Very quiet and excellent breakfast!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The communal areas may need to be updated to compliment the rest of the property
Cons: Our room (Banana) was gorgeous, spacious and modern, we loved it! It was a bit too cold to swim but the pool areas and gardens are lovely and a real treat
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Staff were a pleasure to deal with. The gardens were fabulous and the guesthouse itself was lovely. There was a mix up with our room which was sorted very quickly and they offered us free breakfast for our entire stay. We were also offered the use of bicycles free of charge. We would highly recommend this guesthouse. Will definitely stay again.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Great place. Great location near Cascais town, near to Lisbon and many other attractions
Cons: perhaps a bit more promptness is service around the pool restaurant and breakfast. perhaps a bit more thoroughness in the extent to which the room was cleaned. but i'm really being pedantic here!

Pros: Lovely child friendly hotel. An hotel for children that parents are allowed to go too
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Pedro at the reception was very helpful! I asked how to get to the football stadium, and he drove us there as he was on the way as well, without asking for any money.
Cons: The gym was quite small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, this was a marvelous place to stay.
Cons: Nothing.
6.3 Good
Pros: For families with young children there is loads to do, for a range of ages too.
Cons: I had informed the hotel before arriving that my son had a severe allergy to dust. They told me they would inform housekeeping and make sure the room was cleaned appropriately. The rooms are carpeted and like in so many places the vacuum cleaners are clearly very weak. Why can hotels with carpets not invest in decent vacuum cleaners and clean the filters regularly. He will now take at least 2 weeks to recover.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The playground was exceptional. Staff friendly. Hotel well kept.
Cons: Service was slow at times. Some confusion one night Re bill .

Cons: The inside of the villa we stayed in was worn, basic and tired. The interiors did not, in our opinion, reflect its 4 star rating (rusty fridge, scratched furniture etc.).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A lot of space in rooms, daily cleaning, shop, etc.
Cons: Food choices were very poor (in shop and restaurant), minimal activities for children

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The cliff location directly above a wonderful beach in Cascais is spectacular, as are the facilities.

8.3 Excellent

Pros: Perfect location ! Fabulous staff Amazing room Brilliant food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views from every part of the hotel . Right on the beach ... It’s located in a heart of super cute town full of great restaurants. Can’t wait to go back
Cons: I wish they would have a better bar service they seemed to be under staffed or just concentrated on the restaurant portion more .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well located in Cascais with immediate beach access. Train station (for connecting to central Lisbon) 1 minute walk away and local shopping & restaurant area adjacent to hotel. Sufficiently small (60 rooms) to treat its guests as individuals and sufficiently large to provide the services a 5*-hotel should.. The staff is very friendly and guest-focused and combine professional and personal warmth. Will happily return not only as a business-visitor but also for private visits.
Cons:
4.7 Okay
Pros: The view from the hotel terraces is superior.
Cons: We have received a room that had a superior view over a city but was located next to huge airconditioning units for the hotel and whole shopping mall located on floors below the hotel (literally 10 meters on the same level/ level below). Therefore romantic nights on the tarace where not with city background noise but with quite dominant "pumping" noise of the airconditioning station units. We don't smoke and the fact that next to our terrace was a terrace used by staff to have a cigarette breaks was also a minus. Service was not at the level you expect from the boutique hotel e.g. we were not informed about dinner arrangements.
7.3 Good
Pros: Wonderful ambience and unobrtrusive service.
Cons: No
7.7 Good
Pros: Spectacular hotel, very special with uninterrupted views, felt very spoilt for the few days we were there.Food was excellent and not overpriced for such quality, service and most importantly view...
Cons: Pool small and railing around edge of cliff face should have vertical rails not horizontal rails.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb ,with amazing views and only a few seconds stroll to shops and restaurants. train staion very handy for going into lisbon. the staff very helpful and courteous. we will return.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great--just a few minutes walk from train station and right on the ocean. There was a beautiful stoned path to walk along the ocean for 30 minutes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and quality of this hotel are outstanding. It is an expensive hotel but you get good value for money.
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: In nice part of town, friendly atmosphere
Cons: not tempted by the menu in the restaurant, a bit too fancy and service took quite a long time for lunch.
7.2 Good
Pros: Great location

7.1 Good
Pros: Quiet location near the coast road. Very spacious house with homely feeling. We had a big room and bathroom although sparsely furnished. Lovely swimming pool. Use of well equipped kitchen much appreciated to make use of delicious produce purchased in Cascais food market. Some good local restaurants walking distance away. Car needed as quite a way from town. Nicely looked after by Rafael and Paloma.
Cons: Bathroom needs renovation. Bed small and creaky (metal bed frame). No change of towels or bed linen during 6 day stay. Same cheap ham and cheese option every day at breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very friendly feeling in the house and we felt almost like home. Lovely to open the big Window doors in the rom and just go out in the garden. Next time we want to stay longer and have time for swimming in the pool and the sea. Thank you!!! Gunilla and Gilbert

Cons: Lumpy pillows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked EVERYTHING. ....The management was out of the books...awesome people....I'd love it
Cons: I loved the management. They both were just so awesome! Warm friendly and truly felt as if I was ag home...away from home. The breakfast is amazing. ....the only downside for me was I didn't have bathroom but all the other amazing stuff made up for that. I would really recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a home to relax.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is amazing, spacious, well taken care off, private parking, swimming pool, excellent breakfast.. in brief, if you see availability just grab it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice property
Cons: Quite noisy. Thin walls let sound travel between rooms, water noise in the early morning
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property was excellent. It was only 2 min walk from cliffs and beautiful views where you can watch the sunset. If you are an active person this is the place to for you to be. Roads are done amazingly for runners and cyclists. Also restaurants about 5 min walk. Shop 2 min walk. Breakfast was really good. I had a single room and after breakfast it felt like whole Casa was mine as no one stayed in , so I had the whole place to myself. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The only think I didn’t really like was that the sharing bathroom was downstairs, away from my room , but it wasn’t so much an issue for me as the place was always free and spotless clean.

Pros: The location and the view are spectacular. The rooms are also spacious and very clean.
Cons: The staff wasn’t very helpful when asking for information
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good but service was a little bit confused
Cons: Hotel deserves a much better fitness facility. There’s no weightlifting room. It’s a shame for a hotel like that.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff Room and beds. Balcony.
Cons: AC not working. The staff were informed and offered another room. No free coffee.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to the beach, bike rentals, and many nice restaurants. And not too far from the town of Cascais. Nice clean rooms.
Cons: Hotel was a bit "corporate" for a beach vacation. We prefer smaller, more intimate, boutique hotels but this hotel was just fine. When we went, there was a large professional group staying.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is attentive and friendly, the room is modern and the bathroom is big. Breakfast is just perfect in regards of service and high quality items presented.
Cons: The fact that we request one single bed and the room was presented with 2 small beds together. The coffee is not hot enough and scramble eggs should be softer.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really friendly and gave loads of great tips on what to do in the local area, the facilities were surprisingly good and I really appreciated being able to shower despite having checked out several hours before! The yoga on the pier in the morning was incredible (what a setting!!!), and the room I had was great. It was really easy to find from the train station/Lisbon. It’s not in Cascais, it’s about 20mins away but the walk is beautiful along the coast.
Cons: It’s not a dislike, just something to note- the hostel is split over several houses, so not everyone or everything is in one place.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Extra long bed
Cons: Overpriced considering there is a communal bathroom and we were positioned on a floor with an adjoining dormitory room The hotel is more suitable as a hostel than a hotel Breakfast was very poor, no mugs, no juice, no water, just fruits and seeds Would not recommend for the price, might as well stay in a hostel
10.0 Excellent

7.5 Good
Pros: Relaxed and friendly property with helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and BBQ’s
Cons: This is a yoga and surfing retreat, although I booked as a hostel stay through booking.com and couldn’t do the yoga or surfing due to injuries and it left me a little out of the loop with everyone else.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and big spa with the best (and affordable) massages i've had in years. Pool area is sunny and big. Rooms are spacious and our bed was beyond King/Queen size. Free bottled water and elaborate healthy breakfast!
Cons: Pillows are of a quality level that doesn't give much support. We used valet parking at the hotel for our rental car. When we picked it up for departure it became evident that another vehicle had crashed into the full length of our car. We were promised the general manager would get back to us with an update after having to inspect video camera footage, but we never heard anything back - which leaves a bitter after taste. That said, during our complete stay all staff couldn't have been nicer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We checked in here after a nightmare night at Hotel Baia down the road. Luckily we did, because it was probably one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The facilities and location were fantastic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and helpful staff. Big, comfortable and always clean room with 2 bathrooms. Huge king size bed. Fast and reliable wi-fi. Blinds you can open while staying in bed. Fast and reliable wi-fi. Sockets enough for all our gadgets. Big swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Good (but maybe not excellent) location, it takes a 15-minute walk to get the centre of Cascais.
Cons: A lot of lamps (with a sophisticated control system) but not enough light, especially in bathrooms. No kettle, no coffee machine in the room. Furniture and especially bathroom equipment is a little bit worn. Noisy air conditioner.
9.1 Excellent
Cons: Ask the price of drinks before you order - can get a little expensive.
6.7 Good
Pros: great location restaurant staff breakfast
Cons: poor service at bar | terrace area got a suite for the handicapped without warning decoration is ageing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful view of the sea. The service was above and beyond. I had a bad cough and the extraordinary hostess had the kitchen make a special drink for me. You don’t find that kind of concern in most other hotels. Thank you Filipa David!
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Really interesting setting inside an old citadel surrounded by stone walls. The grounds were beautiful, the location was a short walk down the hill to the main area and beach, breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing and it was hard to find things like the pool but that wouldn't stop us from going back!

Pros: I loved the beautiful art in and around the hotel. Breakfast was also great.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing, the staff fantastic and the facilities are in great shape. The Junior Suite is very spacious and the bathroom is good. Water pressure is fantastic. Perfect location for those participating in the IRONMAN event in late September. In the middle of the action, between transition zone and the Start/Finish.
Cons: There is no cellular network in the Junior Suites level 0. And the WI-FI, although with reasonable speed, is very inconsistent and it keeps losing connection.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: No Balcony
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean room!! Big & amazing room!
Cons: The SPA was closed for the 2 days we was at the hotel. Breakfast.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is great - beautiful sea views a short walk to the town centre. Nice gardens.
Cons: Boring decor. Poor lighting in the bedroom. Extremely bad acoustics in the dining room, so with ten people it is already very loud. They charge extra if you want to use the safe in your room.

Pros: Swimming pool
Cons: Coffee machine in the room would add a lot.
6.2 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly. Location good
Cons: Room was stuffy and not well aired out. Non smoking rooms had been smoked in. Room was a bit dark and dingey with some broken items such as the bathroom door that wouldnt close. However location was good and staff were friendly. The pool is nice but would benefit from a non smoking area
