Cons (-) Reception disorganised/disinterested. On checking in, we carried all 4 of our bags and travel cot and stroller and no porter to offer assisiatnce. On the third night the front office staff decided that our baby sitter coulod only come to our room after signing ionto a book, that they could not find, and held us up for about 15 minutes while they looked...finally they allowed her to write on a piec...
