Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was complete. The room was spacious and clean
Cons (-) The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet smelled a bit fishy. The location, although quite central, had a bunch of homeless people right outside the front door. I never encountered a problem, but it did make me a bit uncomfortable as a visitor

Pros (+) Staff were extremely friendly from the gentleman who greeted me at the front door to the desk clerks. The room was comfortable. Great location right on the square, walking distance to hop on/off tour bus and other locations, restaurant was fantastic and great value.
Cons (-) looks like some renovations have been done but carpets in room were dingy and stained. Signage out front says "and" (if I recall correctly) and no where does "three cities" appear so we were unsure if it was our hotel until we asked- made it difficult for drivers to find
