Pros (+) Location was right across the street from the beach.
Cons (-) The mattress where fair and need updating. The clothes line did not have clothes pins so things wet clothes fell in the ground. The outside shower was turned off so no water than the cold hose to wash off feet after being at the beach. The place felt like they were closing for the season.
