Clean comfortable room
Clean bathroom but a rusty heating element. Didn’t fit the room
The staff was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Our room was clean and beautiful. The brochures of local events that we received from the hotel were great to have.
I was a little concerned that there wouldn't be enough parking. Since the shuttle service ends at 5:00 p.m., it isn't available for evening trips to dinner, etc. My stay was off-season so it turned out not to be a significant issue. But it might impact my decision to stay at ICONA during the summer.
Sounded like a well run place
Pool and proximity of the hotel to the beach.
Some of the front-desk staff not that friendly (but they weren't rude). Our bed didn't get made one day because the housekeeper said that the night maid would do it, but it turned out that there was no night maid that day. Also, the bathroom is on the small side - two cannot be in there at the same time (ie -shaving, blow-drying hair>
Cleanliness; decor; comfortable beds
There’s no shelf or counter space in the bathrooms to lay out toiletries/cosmetics. Water pressure in shower was also weak.
