The female staff at the counter front was very rude and unprofessional for a 4 star hotel. 1st experience after so many hotel I went to that this receptionist was very rude and disrespectful the way she talk. I'm so disappointed with the service that I have to check out after 1hr of checking in for my 4days 3nights stay. I paid full price 2.5million dong and there was no manager on shift. so they insist of no refund policy and I have no choice but to leave this hotel and search for another. The receptionist lady do not care what so ever and give a black face. I not sure if it was her bad day but to raise her voice and show attitude to new coming customer was very unreasonable and would not want others to experience the same fate.

Iris room and bed very comfortable. Great location and breakfast very nice .Will come back to.stay .Staff very polite and helpful and greetings well. We always liked to stay here when we come again.

Great staff was very helpful and nice. You can enjoy wonderful city view from its rooftop with music and drink. The room was quiet clean and tidy. Wifi connection was very good and fast. The hotel offered large parking at its basement.
The hair dryer was not working. It was not equipped with everything you need for your comfort. The bed was not comfortable. There were not a lot of restaurants or bars nearby. The breakfast was poor and not well-cooked.
