Pros (+) Clean, quiet, lots of amenities (full kitchen, laundry in the house, wifi, free parking, living room, etc.), private, safe/secure, great service. Kitty made us feel very comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. I can't think of anything I didn't like even with the shared bathroom, which was always available, clean and stocked. Anyone who rents this place will not be disappointed.
