Location and view is great. Very convenient to visit colleages in Cambridge.
The room size is a little small.
Staff were lovely, friendly and the hotel is in a fab location. The view from my room were stunning I think with new refurb then I wouldn't mind paying £200 for the room.
First stay but heard that it's not going to be a hilton anymore, so think it has just been left to run down.. Carpet on stairs worn. Bar area seats dirty stained rooms are OK bathroom very dated looking. New owners will probably refurb it I'm sure. So will try again later in the year. Nearly £200 for my room in a run down hotel not value for money.
Very clean, good blackout, hotel quiet during the night. Great location.
Breakfast included or complementary water in room
Staff at breakfast this morning were great. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast itself was lovely, plenty of choice. Barman was also very welcoming.
Staff at reception were a little patronising at times. Parking was supposed to be £21 for a day - we arrived at 5pm and had to pay more for parking after 1pm the following day!!
The location is excellent. Very close to the city but away from the bustling crowd. The gardens looking out to the river is perfect for a summer wedding. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern with generous supply of toiletries.
The internet service is slow in the rooms and rather expensive.
