1.) Safety issue, this is a FIRE TRAP. The main door requires a key for the lock on the inside in order to exit. They claim it is because guests loose keys. They can easily leave a key inserted in the lock attached to a small chain secured to the door OR install a lock with a thumb turn on the inside OR an electronic key code. This was really creepy looking for someone to for ingress and egress 24/7! 2.) I reserved and paid for DOUBLE occupancy. However, when I requested a second towel I was told there would be an extra charge. Additionally, I was informed that when my girlfriend would arrive to join me, there would also be an additional charge for her? 3.) My room faced the sun through out the day and was very hot and I was NOT allowed to open any windows for ventilation. No air conditioning and no other openings anywhere for outside air. NOT even in the Bathroom.. 4.) The closet was located inside the bathroom, so with the extreme heat and the humidity from the bathroom my clothes became damp and uncomfortable to wear. NO vanity light by the vanity mirror, unless you can shave by Brialle? 5.) They have a cat who scratching at your door all night long and I am allergic to cats. Be on notice! THANK YOU BOOKING.COM for intervening to cancel my reservation and getting some of my money refunded.
