Pros (+) Breakfast was good. The maid was assigned to clean my room was nice and helpful. Anything I requested she would get me quickly and even though couldn’t speak English but was helpful and smiley.
Cons (-) Staff including the manager so unprofessional, I had to request an iron four times and they kept ignoring my request till I request to talk to manager and he was very unprofessional and rude person. Hotel was in very noisy area and I could hear street noises and cars horning 24 hours. Requested to change room they said will let me know and they never did. I couldn’t sleep nor get rest.
