Pros (+) The location/surroundings - gorgeous!
Cons (-) No wifi nor cell service of any sort. Roommates steps make beds jiggle so white noise on your headset cannot help with that... Smell in entrance area upon arrival was repulsive. Kitchen was mosquito ridden (screens on windows could help) and could be a bit cleaner, but people are people...
