Can’t think of anything
Ok
Hotel is cute and very boutique.
Reservation although booked and confirmed staff couldn't find
Nice hotel but strange no face tower, cleanex and
This applies only to 'standard rooms', but still strange for a 4 star hotel
Stunningly beautiful hotel, a piece of history. Both Evita Peron and Albert Einstein stayed here. Our room was great. It had very high ceilings and modern furnishings and a little balcony. The bathroom tiles were marble and the countertops were granite. It was very upscale. I was a little hesitant to book because I had read reviews about the lack of Internet in the room, but that proved to be wrong. For 60 pesos (about 5-6 dollars), we had great Internet service in the room. We didn't have a transformer, and they provided one for us. When we checked out, the bellboy negotiated a great fare for our taxi ride back to the airport. A very upscale hotel, truly beautiful, a great buy for the money. The staff was wonderful and very courteous and helpful. I was very pleased with my stay here and will stay here again when I visit Buenos Aires in the future. The location was great: very central with easy access to the subways, many bus lines and steps to the Parliament Building.
Horrible breakfast. Truly horrible! Don't bother buying the breakfast package.
good staff, clean rooms, historical building
fair breakfast
It is an upscale hotel with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a nice place.
The hotel is a block and a half away from the National Assembly. The infrastructure in the neighbourhood is in very bad condition and the area is very unfortunately not safe.
We travelled from Australia and arrived tired and in need of a good rest and The Savoy delivered this. The staff was warm and receptive on arrival and the bathroom was indeed a haven as the facilities are exceptional.
Parking bay facilities-due to the Hotel on a busy road-made getting luggage from a taxi quite a hazzard
Good location near in Buenos Aries centre and close to subway station. Helpful English-speaking staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Smart rooms.
The atmosphere of linking old style with modern facilities. Very helpful staff and very enjoyable hotel lobby. Comfortable rooms with modern look. Highly recommended!
Lack of a wide choice of a la carte dinner.
Very impressed by the location and the design which is a mixture between an old colonial style and moder design. Very nice and comfortable room with spacious bathroom.
I liked that many rooms have been renovated and the lobby also looks really good. The bar is a nice place to chill out.
There's no booklet about the hotel facilities, how to use the appliances and what is available, including room service. We booked a deluxe room which should be two rooms, however, we were placed in a tiny room in the 4th floor. I stayed there in 2006, it was being renovated at the time, and still is! Maybe the crisis is affecting them!
The hotel is being totally renovated. The rooms that are done are great with modern baths, marble, and decor, the rooms that are not, are not. The exterior is completely covered in construction gauze so you can't see out the windows very well but they are doing a good job with new soundproof doors and windows.
No English news programing and only a few English movie channels. Construction dust is bad on some floors but rapidly improving,.
Hotel is very nice, but there are some renewal in progress. Don't stay in rooms to the Callao St, or you'll be woke up at 7am.
the new renovated rooms (we stayed on the 4th and 5th floor) are good, spacious (although no bathtub) and value for your money
no newspaper (while visiting the first time we did get one), the breakfest is very poor (more a 2 star hotel), the staff is not really traint in giving a high quality services (not enough skills) if you relate it to a 4 star hotel.
