GoodAug 20157.1
Location is ok, breakfast is great.
The Staff was sort of angry the entire visit; from front desk to room service (note - housekeeping was good although there was no interaction with myself) ,I felt unpleasantly greeted. Miscellaneous notes- the fitness room is mediocre not because of the equipment but because there is no ventilation in the basement where the pool and gym are- which made it very difficult to breathe while running/ working out.

Perfect location--good exchange rates
The location can't be beat. Across the street from bars and a Subway and close to the best restaurants in town. Tours pick you up at the hotel. Plus, as you're aware, the exchange rate is a challenge. Although the official exchange rate is 8 to 1USD, the hotel offered 11. This was a huge help as it's not as good at shady black market outlets will give you at 13, but it prevents you from having to go to these places.
The host at breakfast was a total jerk. Staff in general could use an attitude adjustment, but this guy takes the cake. The doormen were the only people that showed any interest at all.

the location is very good
They gave us a very small and noisy room compared with the rest of the rooms that had the same prize. The staff were not very helpful, I asked them for a hairdresser and they couldnt direct me to one, I also had an emergency and need batteries and they couldnt help me either. They told us when we arrived that breakfast was included and then when we were leaving they charged us for it. In the reservation the breakfast wasnt included but since the receptionist mentioned it, we just believed her and then paid an enormus amount of money for it. There is no iron on the rooms, so you have to pay to get your clothes ironed.
