Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciated the breakfast and found some rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance issues throughout the property. While some guests enjoyed their stay after room changes or due to the charm of the old building, others were dissatisfied with the state of the rooms, bathrooms, and amenities. Overall, the positives centered on the location, service, and breakfast, but cleanliness and upkeep were major concerns.
