Staff was so friendly and helpful. Offered to let us stay and use the facilities (pool, coffee machine, etc.) after we checked out which was great because I had a 10pm flight. A huge bag of laundry cost only $15 USD and was done and folded so nicely. Were able to provide an extra hair dryer (and a pretty good one) when the one in the room wasn't strong enough for my liking which is extremely rare in foreign countries! Breakfast was good and 24/7 access to an espresso machine was key. Location is great, right at the tip of Palermo Soho and 5 min walking from Don Julio's.
The pool area was quite small so didn't leave a ton of room to lounge (which I had been hoping for). The room was nice and clean but small and pretty bare bones. Bathroom was spacious though which was nice.

I loved this quaint little property. It was comfortable, staff were exceptionally helpful, breakfast was lovely. I would stay again.
A minor problem, that there was no English option on the TV, I do like when travelling to come back to my hotel and catch up on world news.

Nice boutique hotel that was once a big house. Rooms are big and bed comfortable. They offer SPA service. Breakfast was also delicious.

Beautiful quaint hotel in a great area. Facilities were very clean and breakfast was lovely. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
