Everything was just superb!
Huge comfortable bed in a clean, big room. Location was an absolute delight in the middle of La Recoleta, which is a beautiful neighborhood, full of small shops, cafes and places to get a quick eat. Value for money at that location was absolutely great.
The view was towards the building insides, basically, if you opened a a curtain you were able to be seen clearly from other rooms and viceversa. Also there was a problem which impacted negatively the comfort score - something was wrong with the AC... even if it is still winter over there (temp around 5 ~ 0 celsius at night) we wanted to have a cooler temp that it let us (the minimum was at 18 celsius) so if we tried opening a window, the AC would start to blow hot air into the room - even if we tried turning it off.
Our room was nice, although there could have been more amenities, like tissues, an extra towel and washcloths, and more coffee packets. There were two packets each day, and there could have been more. The hot water kettle worked very well, and we always had china cups and saucers, not plastic or paper. The shower was good; our beds very comfortable, and the staff helpful at all hours. We also liked that we could check out a little late and not be penalized (like two hours). Of course, it is low season, but still. That was nice of them. Good toiletries as well. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day. Very quiet here as well. One of us had a facial at the spa, and she enjoyed it. The location is convenient for just about everywhere. The most expensive taxi ride cost 270 pesos to Puerto Madero, and taxis were frequent to the front of the hotel. The room service was quick as well, and the pumpkin soup was delicious!
As I said in the previous paragraph, there were not enough coffee or towels. No washcloths.
Excellent breakfast, convenient location for exploring the city. The staff was very helpful. We had a larger family with several rooms. The staff graciously arranged several taxis for airport pickup, despite repeated flight delays, and was very accommodating to our labile plans.
Facility, food, services were excellent. We would have liked to have stayed longer - and will need to return!
Delicious breakfast. Rooms are very modern, sleek, clean. Everything you need. Only a few rooms on each floor. Staff was professional and very helpful. Location convenient to sights in Recoleta.
