Pros:
Good city location and the staff was friendly and helpful. They changed the drop off fee to 150 Euros and took off the GPS charge. They tried to make the rental right but they could not do anything about the "upgraded car" and agreed that the VW Golf was not an SUV category.Cons:

Pros:
I had the "ford focus" class reserved but was pleasantly surprised by a Renault fluence 6 speed manual diesel. They also had a highway decal included. The car was a little no frills but super clean and great trunk space and rear seat for rear facing baby seat. Would rent from them again.Cons:

Only thing that is worth mentioning is the pick up and drop off was okayCons:
Lots of hidden charges. Excess was 800 as stated by all info I received however when I reached the desk it was 1000 so I had to take out the full insurance which cost me an additional 180 euro.FLIZZR
