- My family really liked and enjoyed the private booking of the Jacuzzi. - 5 minutes walk away from the MOM park shopping mall where you can find different restaurants. - Good access to the public transport. Just across the street.
- Breakfast was OK but can be better.
PLEASE RETURN MY VALUABLE MUG !!!
We were very pleased with this hotel. Yes, it has his flaws but in relation to price and location it was a great pick for us. It has its own parking under the hotel, it a tight squeeze, you can have some issues with big cars but for 10€ per day it a bargain considering parking cost in Budapest. We were lucky, and the parking was included in price. The location "per se" is not that ideal. Hotel is at the busy street but our room was at the opposite side and it was very quiet. As for visiting the city center the location is great. Few meter from hotel is a bus stop that takes you directly to city center (for example: Ferenciek tere or Astoria station) from there you can easily explor the city center by foot. Across the street is a tram station as well (but is not a direct line to Buda center, you have to cross between two lines). However we have used it more often as bus. Great think is also that across the street of tram station or petrol station there in ticket vending machine where you can buy tickets for public transport. Its multilingual and you can pay with card as well. Room was spaces, only bathroom would need some attention from maintenance but still no major flaus. Everything was working and was clean as well. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK, enough choice for every taste. There is also a small bar in hotel. Right beside bus station is also a pub where you can go for a diner. It's very delicious and cheap as well.
Clean, warm , powerful shower
Location & massively overcharged for my room that I was led to believe would cost £146 which included the city tax for my two night stay . Was in fact charged £179 their reason was exchange rate . But According to the exchange rate that day £146 was 57,086.69 price I was charged was 67,920 .For that money I could have had a room in the centre with no need to use taxis all the time !! It’s a gd 40 mins walk to the centre at the cost of around 2,000 months min huff. On a dual carriageway so taxis have to follow the road system . I will return to Budapest as I loved the city but not this Hotel . Check dates on mini bar as Coke was 6 months out of date !!
The receptionist (male) very helpful and his customer service is excellent.
