NO air conditioning at hotel and they do not tell you this in advance. The hotel is nice but they are without AC and one employee told me it would not be until July when they do have it. Tiered to sleep with windows open but it was too loud. Checked out early the next morning and found another place to stay.

Pros (+) Location was great - Nice rooms and good breakfast. Hotel is only two blocks to Grand Place. Close to good restaurants and spots for a nice Lambic. Make your own waffle for breakfast.
