Pros (+) While in vacation in Colorado my friend and I, stayed at The Village Hotel. I found what at first seem to be a tick, and turned out to be a wood tick on my bed. The staff acted promptly not only to pay for our night, but also gave us a free bottle of wine. Cons (-) After I paid taxes on kayak I also got charged another 75$ at checkout. 35$ was for dog but don't understand the extra money
