Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning proximity to the Danube, the old town, and key attractions. The breakfast is frequently described as tasty, varied, and plentiful. Cleanliness and room comfort receive positive remarks, with several guests noting spacious and well-kept rooms. Service feedback is mixed: while some found staff friendly and helpful, others experienced unwelcoming or inattentive service, particularly at the front desk.
