The pool area was great. In the past the front desk had been rude. This time the front desk was very nice and friendly.
The mattress was horrible. The housekeepers failed to clean the room on Friday so we ran out of toilet paper and cups, etc. Parking was a nightmare.
The main facility was nice
We were sent off the main property to our room and it was dirty. Ashes in the floor and bedding was not changed. Hotel was actually a motel and was not as advertised.
Friendly staff and management, bent over backwards to accommodate a date change, which was greatly appreciated. Everything was very clean and updated.
The location was off of the main strip but yet close enough to get to anything with a few miles.
The rooms were not clean, found bugs in the room.
