I thought we were going to be closer to pearl street mall than we were that was the only thing I would have changed otherwise great hotel

Pros (+) Orange flavored water in the lobby.
Cons (-) When I booked the room it stated breakfast was included. At check in we were informed that as of Nov 1, only if you booked direct through Hyatt and have their frequent stay card will you be able to have breakfast. Hyatt place used to be one of my choices because it has the breakfast, but never again, I will stay elsewhere.

Pros (+) The room was fantastic. Having the additional sofa sectional was great. Everything was very clean. The staff was awesome and super helpful with everything. Having the bar and meeting rooms were exactly what we needed for our event.
Cons (-) Breakfast could have more offerings. The sausages served 2 days in a row looked like they could have been cooked more. Even though there is a coffee machine in the room, having free coffee in the lobby would be better.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, very clean rooms, loved the layout of the rooms and how big they were, had a beautiful view of the mountains, comfortable bed, overall very pleased!
Cons (-) There really wasn't anything we didn't like, even the parking was reasonable
