Pros (+) LOCATION! Right before the start of the foothills yet walking distance to downtown Boulder and the Boulder Public Library. Cons (-) My room had a cooler (needed, oddly, even though cool at night, probably because of built up heat from the afternoon sun), and it was very noisy. I think some rooms have normal a/c and that all rooms may have it soon.
