1. Very quiet neighborhood, but located near restaurants, attractions and restaurants 2. Facility real quiet 3. Staff was very accommodating and nice
1. Staff not on site all the time- when I was leaving, there were 3 guests waiting in the 90 degree heat for someone to come back and let them in. Seems to me that 2 people should be there at all times, so no guest is inconvenienced.
The location is the best walking distance from subway station and Prudential Center. The large room with kitchen and different rooms for bed and living room was also very comfortable.
Unfortunately I could not read an email received 2 day before I arrived and I did not know the check in method. The person that helped me with the check in when I arrived at 10:40 PM was not very friendly.
Great location. Spacious room. Easy check in and check out.
The room is very complete and have space enough.
The breakfast happens in a inappropriate place.
Perfect location for me. Subway is very close, and also it was very convenient to walk around the hotel. There are some shopping places and historical places within 10 mins walk. Boston is a nice city and if you don't have too much time to see the city, I guess Inn at St. Botolph is best place to stay. Rooms are clean, bigger than I expected and staff are helpful.
It was written as there was a continental breakfast, but I need to say that I haven't seen such a small continent :) If you don't count coffee, tea and a small piece of bread as a breakfast, there was almost "no breakfast". However, you can go to 7Eleven which is around 30 steps far, and buy something to eat on the next morning as a breakfast. You can leave your luggages after your check-out but don't forget to get the phone number of the staff otherwise as far as your entrance pass will be expired, you cannot reach your luggages on time.
