The hotel was beautiful and nestled in a small town in the mountains. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were helpful despite the fact that we spoke no Italian.
They show themselves as a hotel with a hot tub and pool and spa, but don't mention that it is 15E per person to use the pool and hot tub, not included like it would be in North America.

staff was friendly and very accomodating when we asked about gluten free product. Beauty Therapist was nice tool. Secure parking (outdoor) available, but no parking garage.
Use of Wellness area, or even just the pool is over priced. EUR 15 for one day! Room was rather dark and gloomy, but very spaceous!
