Pros: The breakfast was great even though I would have preferred to make my own tea. But the service was really good so in the end it didn't matter. It is also nice that the breakfast is served already from 6:45! Overall I liked it and would stay in this hotel again.
Cons: I had a room on the first floor facing the street and it was quite loud - not terrible, but loud. When around midnight everything gets quiet and a group of people starts making plans for the next day directly under your window, it is really not pleasant. This happened almost every day, sometimes also deep at night/early morning because the street seems to be a popular route for people walking/biking home at night.

Cons: The reception is only open until 6 pm - in itself extraordinary for such a large and expensive hotel. We had indicated that we would be arriving at around 8:30 pm, yet the hotel did not contact us to let us know the reception would be closed and what the alternative arrangements were. It is just as well we rang them, otherwise we would not have known what to do. When we got there, our room was unlocked but no key had left (despite a promise to do so), so we could not lock it to go out. Further, the breakfast room was too small and there was not enough staff serving. Most of the upholstery both in our room and in common areas was filthy.

Cons: The rooms are fine but unfortunately do not have an in-room refrigerator/mini bar. Also the shower booth is relatively small.

Cons: Downside of the great location is that you may get some late night revelers singing in the streets, but these were limited and we mostly slept through them. If you're sensitive you many need to close windows at night which can make the rooms a little hot.

Cons: It is a dated hotel and my room was at very least 3 star hotel room : windows dirty so no view , no fridge in the room, overall clean but dated - as in bathroom looked very old. I didn't visit the spa since there was no massage offered and with the overall dated look of the hotel I had no curiosity.
