It is clean and affordable.
The room is for sharing.
The only place I've stayed in all of the Philippines that didn't offer water refills...I try to avoid buying plastic bottles and I thought it was pretty poor that they didn't have this service.
I loved the location, the atmosphere was there too. So a major bonus. Half the staff was friendly and did their jobs properly.
I don’t even know when to begin. From trying to contact the company directly to change my booking right after booking online and being told to contact booking.com only to be told to reach the property. Communication was very poor. A lot of back and forth and in the end I didn’t get what I wanted. I just wanted to change dorms to be with my friend. By the time they realized, 2 days later, it was sold out. I did have an 8 bed dorm basically all to myself for most of my stay, so when I asked for a bottom bunk. The woman who checked in me said no, which I though was very weird since I was the only one checked in that room.. Bathrooms could be cleaner as mold covered the ceiling. Nowhere to hang a towel while showering. Hell, not even a toilet seat... I’m sorry but at $16 a night, I expect a toilet seat. When checking out... they told me to wait so they could check their CCTV due to the fact that I didn’t sign a form form showing I paid 500pesos for my room key which I paid. They realized fairly quickly, the woman that checked me didn’t have me sign it because it went “missing”. They paid me the 500 pesos back and told me she would be responsible for paying the property back. There’s cheaper places for the same accommodation style. Stick with any place along white beach and you can walk anywhere.
Lovely location, friendly staff, good price, clean rooms
The toilets don’t work
Location is great, staff is friendly.
I had three different bookings, and didn't get the point to change my bed all three times especially that all rooms/beds are the same. The first hostel in my life that doesn't provide a towel, and you have to pay for it
