Rooms don't match the lobby
Lobby and restaurant were lovely and updated, unfortunately that's not where you actually stay.
Rooms were terribly outdated and dirty with stained carpets that goes half way up the wall... nothing like the lobby. Staff is rude. Would never stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for 7 nights. We originally booked a deluxe rm & on arrival the hotel upgraded us to an executive suite which we appreciated. It was lovely & very comfortable. The location is excellent, straight across from the train station. Noise was not an issue. Hotel well insultated from outside noise. The downside was breakfast could have been more varied. Various items ran low eg croissants/bread, there was a slowness to refill these items. Basically,iit wasn't topped up. The threadmill in the gym was not working & was not repaired even though we inquired. Hotel very expensive, 2 drinks cost €14. The hotel is way overpriced for the services provided. Would have to re-think if I would stay there again

There was a theft in my room during the stay, someone had unauthorised access despite the electronic key cards. Although the front desk staff was supportive, It was a rather bad expereince due to the theft.

“We were upgraded to junior suite for only 10€ per day and we could check out at 2:30 pm for free. The room was wide, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big with a bathtub: having a bath after 25000 steps was fantastic! There were bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very kind and professional. It was just opposite the train station and bus station, only 20 minutes walk to piazza Maggiore. I would recommend this hotel.”

“The Hotel is situated opposite the main train station so not far to go. Our room was huge and well decorated. Reception staff are fantastic let us know what is around us and where best to go and eat. Centre of Bologna just 10 min brisk walk from hotel but take it easy as lots of lovely shops and restaurants on the way down. Bologna is a really beautiful city with lots to do and see, the history and sense of style has made this a great place to stay. After a long day walking around and a good nights sleep the breakfast you get in the hotel is fantastic all fresh and tasty.”
