Great Value for money
Clean room, very quiet. Staff were nice and friendly. Amazing spa facilities. Overall a very enjoyable stay
There was a kettle, but no cup. Wasnt really up for buying a cup for a 1 night stay.
It seems an older property that's been well renovated. The breakfast was pretty good, and the spa itself has a good mix of different elements.
The hallway and room smelled strongly of cleaning products. This is a bit of a good and bad thing, but it was too much and took hours with the window open to diminish the smell. For a simple thing like going to use the spa in the evening, the system for access control seems confused and the staff were extraordinarily unhelpful. We had not included spa access in our initial booking and had to pay 10 euro each, which was fine. However, it was confusing to find with their directions, (1 of 2 elevators go to the right place and they saw us get on the wrong one) the door was locked so a patron had to leave the pool to allow us in, a staff member came to ensure we filled the sign in sheet but couldn't be bothered to explain anything about the facilities (finding the buttons to reactivate the jets in the hot tub...) we found out while in the facility from others that they give bath robes out at the reception so my spouse went back to them for the 3rd time before we were able to truly enjoy the spa. It was a process but worth it in the end.
Staff were lovely
Rooms were supposed to be soundproof from what I can remember when booking, very noisy in the corridors at night and right beside trains.
Location is good. You can walk to city center its only 3 km or you can take bus its only 400m away. Room was small but it looks like it was renewed recently.
Breakfest was pretty poor. There were many choices but most were sweets. I missed some eaggs, there were only one type of cereals, only white bread. Over all we didnt had any good choice of brekfest. We came 2 hours before check in and we asked if we could maybe get check in sooner and staff on deck were pretty rude. They even didnt check it if room is ready or not, they just say that check in is after 2pm, but must say that this dosent count for all staff members, some of them were really nice and helpful.
