Cleaning staff forgot to clean the room after our first night. It was remedied during the remainder of our stay. I spoke directly with the office mgr and the housekeeper and we were very satisfied.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable also very noisy the slightest movement made the springs creak and groan. The whole hotel stunk literally. Smelled like cigarettes.
