Pros (+) I like the convenience of the location, also the night staff customer service people are very helpful and pleasant.
Cons (-) This time around, my room wasn’t as clean as it has been in my past stays. The toilet leaks, there was a constant dripping sound and my towels were stained.

Pros (+) Pool area and location are very good. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too small
Cons (-) Tv didn't work. Had to call for a repair. Toilet paper was just placed on the vanity. No toilet roll dispenser. Air conditioner is very loud and could not sleep.

Pros (+) Nice to have a fresh and healthier place to eat.
Cons (-) They had a total gym with no connectors to use the machine. House keeping was rude and never smiled or acknowledged you.

Pros (+) Although, getting into my room was a pain, the room was extremely clean and so was the pool area. (disclaimer: the pool is not as big as it seems in the picture at all)
Cons (-) Four times when I tried to enter my room my key wouldn't work, so I'd have to go down to the lobby and ask them to fix it. It wasn't my key, it was the door! Surprisingly enough after 4 times trying to enter my room, you could imagine that I was a little upset; the staff did not apologize or even offer me a different room but they sure did take their sweet time to fix it.

Cons (-) Finishes in rooms (e.g., bath) were surprisingly dated for a Wyndham. Clearly converted from an older hotel. But they were clean.
