Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and generally friendly, helpful staff. Some found the rooms spacious and considered the property a good value for the price. However, many reviews cited significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, with complaints about dirty rooms, poorly maintained bathrooms, and outdated facilities. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and amenities, others noted inconsistencies and a lack of certain promised features. Overall, positives centered on location, service, and value, but cleanliness and upkeep were major concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
