Cons (-) Pillows were super soft, compared to other hilton garden inns that I have been to, this was really bad. Everything is far, they don’t offer not even water as complimentary for Hilton honors members upon arrival.

Pros (+) Friendly staff that did what they could to improve the situation- cannot fault them for a poorly maintained facility
Cons (-) Initially given a room that stank of mold & mildew, which staff changed on second day at my request. Fire alarms went off two nights in a row (once at 3:30am and the second day at 11:30pm). Rooms are worn (peeling paint, broken ice buckets, chipped furniture) & internet is slow. Maid service left me dirty towels.
