We found it a bit high priced for the room the windows outside the hotel would look much nicer cleaned I know it’s a seaside resort but looked shabby outside. Bedroom bathroom and breakfast were immaculate and the reception was really helpful. We would stay again

Its realy close to the belgian beach, but still so calm at night.
After a certain time at night there was no hot water anymore, but daytime it eas ok.

The breakfest very basic, there was a leak of waste water from the upper neighbour and it ran on the wall on my bed and on the electric switch. The staff said they can’t place me elsewhere because the hotel is full and the leak can’t be fixed because the technician is on holiday. I was afraid that if the uppervneighbour takes the shower at night, the wet electric switch or cables could take fire! Also the only parking possibility on the streets for 15 eur/day.
