The location is great, and the evening entertainment was fun. The price is reasonable, and it's far enough out of town to not be disturbed by Blackpool partygoers.
The bathroom wasn't clean. It was cold and I asked for a blanket (there wasn't one in my room) and it never arrived. The cold kept waking me up despite piling my coats on top of me during the night. The security for the area where the car keys are kept is a joke- it's only a matter of time until a car gets stolen.
reception area and bar very modern shame about our terrible room 116 straight above reception
room was terrible it had paint peeling off cornice and had fallen into the bath.really scruffy and old fashioned nothing like the photos. we had room116 and all we could hear day and night was phone ringing at reception.rooms need modernising terrible
Breakfast was excellent.
Shows were below standard for a top class Hotel. Same acts same format. needs new Mc'S.Much more comedians, less singers. Acts changed weekly to give more variety over the week, residentcompere's were using same routines very boring after awhile. sorry!
I liked the bar area adn the staff who were very friendly as indeed were the reception staff. We had one meal ther and that was breakfast. There were four of us and a one year old baby. the staff saw to our every need and the food was excellent
The only problme was the car parking but I accept that situation and it wouldn't prvent me returning
i liked the general friendly atmosphere iwas meeting up with my brother and his wife who were down from scotland we all enjoyed our stay
only the lift was tiny and ancient however you have ordered a new one i know
location was ideal for town centre atractions
the lift is useless
The hotel was lovely, the food, the people, and I would visit blackpool again but the room you put me in was very very disapointing it actual put me off in returning to tiffanys hotel
I cant remember booking into a hotel without a shower for a very very long time!! And when I asked for one at 9am I got it at 12pm very useless.
Price and location.
Customer service poor Kept waiting to be sat for breakfast Shown to a dirty table
