Welcoming and very friendly staff
The staff were very friendly, the bedrooms really clean, and the food was excellent.
We had a very good welcome and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very satisfactory. Our room was a reasonable size and overlooked the promenade. The hotel is a short bus/tram ride to the town centre,
warm friendly welcome
The dinning room was well laid out with plenty of room, bar area very good. The staff where friendly and helpful. the breakfast was very good. always plenty of tea/coffee/toast.
My only concern was the bathroom it was a bit on the small size.
friendly staff and owners took time to interact with our young child, which is always good
the room was too small, by the corner where everyone went past making noise and the window faced the fire escape at the back of the building but I thought that the windows faced the sea!
I liked being close to the Pleasure Beach, When we first walked in the hotel i think the lady that booked us in was very rude, she looked us all up and down and could not belive that we was booked in, i think it is an old person hotel not for young people.
The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were lovely. The beds were very comfortable.
The rooms were a little on the small size.
Friendlyness of staff. Quality of food
