Best hotel stayed in at Blackpool.sarah really nice.very helpfully.
Lovely hotel very clean.
The staff were absolutely exceptional, brilliant from initial greeting through to checking out. Great location 10 mins walk from front. Good facilities including pool table and a good size bar.
Room was very small. Upon attempting to shut curtains the entire curtain rail came down. The rest of the hotel was impressive the room very small though. Although a very minor detail a bit of an irritant, all pictures/artwork in room lopsided. No draught beer being served on the bar. (Although a wide selection of bottles).
The location is central, the cost is cheap and Sarah was lovely.
Blood on the pillows was awful and smelly carpet in the shower room. I am not sure when the room was last used.
only bad thing I could say is there was a closed sign when we arrived and nobody there so we had to find other parking until someone came but we didnt know when or even if someone was coming as it just said we are closed.
The only thing we liked about our stay was leaving the hotel.
The bed and carpet was stained with what looked like blood, felt very u comfortable in the room. The bill online did not mention that having pets were an extra charge, it only said dogs were allowed. When arriving at the hotel we were told it was an extra charge for pets and the concierge was incredibly rude when we questioned this extra fee. Overall the hotel was scruffy and very uncomfortable.
