Good choice of breakfast, including cereals, various fruit juices, right up to a choice of full cooked breakfast. The eggs were over cooked a couple of times, but that was soon rectified once it was pointed out.
The hotel bar wasn't always manned, so there was a bit of a queue at times whilst people at the bar tried to find someone to serve them with drinks. The staff had omitted the cost of our dinner in the restaurant on our last night from our final bill. Apparently, this had been charged to another room. Luckily it was rectified before we left, so hopefully no other guests were inconvenienced.
Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and very helpful and pleasant staff. The weather was hot and close so the air conditioning in the room was great. We would definitely stay there again.
For us the hotel was in a good location (near botanical garden). It was an OK hotel, with a nice staff.
I think the price was too high for what actually we experienced. There was no air con in the room, however there was a fan So we used that at night. I think the hotel does require renovation and then definitely I would give it 5stars!
Plenty of parking available and able to park early to attend the cricket at Edgbaston. Comfortable room. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room had a fan which was an absolute must have.
Room was stuffy and retained the heat. The bathroom had a bath, with a shower. Needs a handle to aid getting in and out to use the shower
