Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had a negative experience at the hotel, citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, stained bedding, and unpleasant smells. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unresponsive staff, locked doors, and poor communication, often leaving guests stranded or feeling unwelcome. Additionally, noise from neighboring guests and the surrounding area disturbed several visitors. While a few reviews mentioned convenient location or friendly staff, the overwhelming sentiment was dissatisfaction due to lack of cleanliness, poor service, and disruptive noise.
