Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location and proximity to public transport, as well as the helpfulness of some staff members. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, and several guests were disappointed by the breakfast quality and variety. While some found the service friendly and accommodating, others noted a lack of personal interaction and limited reception hours. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and breakfast are needed.
