the young receptionist was very welcoming when we arrived at the hotel checking was stress free. The location was wonderfull although I would have like a seafront room will definately stay here again.

The location was great
did not have a swimming pool, stated on booking .com that the hotel had an airport shuttle book to pick up from airport, but hotel said that it did not. Staff was excellent. price did not include breakfast

Location was good for our purpes. But Benidorm in it self is mush to crouded. Nice with the beach across.
There was no fridge in the room. In the heat you need something cold very often.

i got a balcony room upgrade for just 10 euros for 1 night.
The cover on the bed needed washing. it smelt like it had not been washed in months
