nothing
the hotel charged me the night, even though it was impossible to reach the resort due to the FLOODING in the area september 12.... what a poor way to make money!!! i do not accept this and will take further steps to get my money back.

The decoration, the suite, the massage
The service was extremely poor. We just stayed there for 2 nights and had numerous examples that this hotel shouldn’t be having 5 stars. The service was really bad (more than one hour waiting to be served a cocktail by the pool in the “VIP area”, asked for a one extra hour to check out and said that we could use their facilities - and we couldn’t because they were so dirty, understaffed). Really disappointed with our stay and definitely won’t go back

This was a beautiful resort property. The food was exceptional as was the service and staff. Beautiful pools and spa facilities in a lush private tropical setting away from the low class resort of Benidorm.
No dislikes other than poor entry key system.

Beautiful gardens and pools. Calm and relaxing even tho buzzy. Breakfasts good, big room with super comfy beds and the most friendly staff you could ask for. Nothing.
