Location is the ONLY awesome thing about this hotel. Rooms are spacious enough.
The front desk staff can be more cheerful and welcoming. Support staff was good. I stayed there twice within a span of 6 days, and had a bad experience during my first stay. My locker got locked, and the staff could not open it even after 2 hours of struggle. It was strange that staff were not aware of their own items. However, I appreciate that the staff continuously worked until this problem was finally resolved. So training the staff well on such exigencies will help. Breakfast was OK, nothing exciting. Some of the servings - like Poha took a long time to get refilled, so that was bit disheartening.

All was exceptional and great value for money. A little bit of confusion as we wanted to extend our stay by one day and were promised pro rata but they backed out at the last minute .... but since they accepted their mistake we did not mind a bit higher rate than we expected to pay ..... excellent experience overall
The rooms could do with side lamps. The rooms were a bit dark even with all the lights on!
