Location
I didn't like it at all. Wifi not working, room not cleaned until asking twice. Staff seemed depressed and not very hospitable. Definitely not 4-star quality.

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was also clean. I do not speak Portuguese so I had issues when I needed to ask something at the reception. Other than that, it was okay.
